Vikal worked for nearly a decade at three global investment banks across various strategic business lines, most prominently in Capital Markets sales at JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank, and as part of a core team building a division at Bank of America. Vikal is also an avid entrepreneur, once having co-founded and published a fashion magazine across North America and India; and separately, managed the franchised growth of three family restaurants.
He has an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, a Masters in Finance from Baruch College at the City University of New York and has earned dual bachelor degrees in Finance and Information Systems at the University of Maryland, College Park. Vikal has strong ties to India, his birthplace, while growing up in New York City. He believes in knowing a people’s culture as much as the their economy and has traveled extensively to over 60 cities in more than 20 countries.
Vikal speaks four languages including Hindi, Punjabi, Spanish and English and currently resides in New York City and Barcelona.

Chairman of Learnità LTD, a London-based company, is "The Innovation Enabler" with a worldwide network focusing on strategic innovation. He is a progressive thinker, a pioneer and a creative mind. Today he coaches and consults many industries about strategic innovation.
Mario is an international management consultant who has worked in every region of the world. He has worked in top executive positions with large global organizations such as: Xerox, Citigroup, and Zurich Financial Services. Being a successful entrepreneur, Prof. Raich has also founded several companies in different industries (publishing and consulting).
His academic assignments include ESADE Business School in Barcelona, HEC in Paris, GSM of the Educatis University in Altdorf, and is the Founding Director of the Institute for Strategic Innovation (ISI)
Mario’s latest book takes a Back-to-the-Future look at the world today through a plethora of emerging trends and innovations. Mario is fluent in German and Swiss-German, English, French, Italian, Polish and Spanish.

Profile
Xavi advised clients for nearly a decade across the hotel and tourism industry at PKF Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. He has developed an expertise in Latin America through his extensive market experience while developing growth strategies for clients at those two major consultancy firms.
Xavi has an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, and graduate and bachelor degrees in Hotel and Restaurant Management from University of Houston (USA) and the University of Angers (France). Xavi is of Mexican origin, where he was raised until moving to the US to pursue his university studies.
He speaks more than six languages including Spanish, Portuguese, French, English, German and is learning Japanese. He has quickly become adept to his new homeland, Barcelona, including obtaining fluency in Catalan.
